JobLink Home

The JobLink public home page is your point of entry to the AJL website. From the home page you can:

  • Easily log into your account, or create a new one!
  • Get a preview of the jobs and training programs available in the JobLink system by selecting a tab in the search area on the home page. Enter a keyword, or narrow results to those in a specific radius of the city and state or ZIP you enter.
    • You must be logged into your account to view full job details.
  • Review the benefits of the system for job seekers, employers, and training providers.
  • View job fairs, workshops, or training events near you.
  • See a map of American Job Centers in the state.
  • Get in touch with staff through the Contact Us info in the top nav and footer.

  • Browser Help: Access links to the most current version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Other basic browser requirements include the use of cookies and JavaScript.
  • Protect Yourself: JobLink follows strict industry standards to protect your privacy. It is important to be proactive in protecting yourself as well. Pay attention when browsing the JobLink website and the internet in general. See this page for tips on how to avoid employment scams and other forms of internet fraud.
  • Programs: Preview summaries and links to a variety of your state’s workforce programs. These may include specific employment placement programs, apprenticeships, on-the-job training, and more. These programs vary state by state.
  • Site Map: The Site Map allows users to see all the content available to them on the JobLink website. Each link takes the user to that page in JobLink.
  • Not all pages are accessible to the user and the content available varies by user type. When you are logged in to the JobLink system, more content is available in the Site Map.

Policies

  • Privacy: JobLink takes the security of your personal information very seriously. Learn more about how the information you provide is used and protected.
  • Equal Opportunity Employment: The JobLink system, partner workforce agencies, and American Job Centers are required to abide by federal Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) law. Consult this page if you have any questions about EOE or if you believe you have experienced discrimination.
  • Veterans' Priority: JobLink and its partners are committed to providing priority of service to qualified veterans and their spouses in accordance with the Veterans' Priority Provisions of the Jobs for Veterans Act (PL 107-288). The Jobs for Veterans Act mandates that covered persons (qualified veterans and their spouses) take precedence over non-covered persons for the receipt of re-employment and training resources or services. Precedence can mean either of the following:
    • The veteran or covered person receives access to the resource or service more quickly than the non-covered person.
    • The veteran or covered person receives access to a limited service or resource instead of the non-covered person.
  • Accessibility: America's Job Link Alliance-Technical Support, the support behind JobLink, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. Review the statement to understand the measures that are taken to ensure ease of access to all users.

Partner Agencies

Your state provides links to partner agencies. These can help you review what services you might be eligible for and connect to other state employment assistance. Services can include Vocational Rehabilitation or Adult Education. Links vary by state.

Your state’s help desk information is provided under Contact Us. Depending on the state, this may include a phone number, email address, link to a chat service, and/or a link to a list of American Job Centers. If you have a question about the website, please contact your local American Job Center.

App Store Links

For certain states, JobLink provides a mobile Job Search app. This app is an easy way to search and view available jobs on Apple or Android devices. Select either store button to download the app.
