Documentation Items Editor
To edit or add documentation items (types), data elements, and enrollments, use the Documentation Items Editor.
Navigation
From the left-hand navigation menu, navigate to Admin Tasks > ServiceLink tab > Documentation Items Editor tile.
Edit What Documentation Items Support
- To modify what a documentation item supports, click the Edit link for the Documentation Item name. The Edit Documentation Items page displays.
- Click the Documentation Item tab, and edit the documentation type as desired.
- Active: Option; Select Yes to make the documentation type active, or No to make it inactive.
- Sort Order: Drop-Down; Select a number from the drop-down.
- Documentation Type: Text; Edit the name of the documentation item if necessary.
- To change whether the documentation item supports the following, select Yes or No for the following options:
- Eligibility Documentation Item
- Data Element Validation Item
- Employment Planning Documentation Item
- Supporting Documentation Item
- Follow-Up Documentation Item
- Click Save.
Edit Data Elements
- To modify the data elements associated with a documentation item, click the Data Elements tab. The currently selected data elements are checked.
- Check or uncheck the appropriate data elements.
- Click Save.
Edit Enrollments
- To modify the enrollments associated with a documentation item, click the Enrollments tab. The currently selected enrollments are checked.
- Check or uncheck the appropriate enrollments.
- Click Save.
Add New Documentation Item
- Navigate to the Documentation Items Editor tile.
- Click Add Document Type. The Add Document Type page displays.
- Provide the documentation type information described below.
- Active: Option; Select Yes to make the documentation type active, or No to make it inactive.
- Sort Order: Drop-Down; Select a number from the drop-down.
- Documentation Type: Text; Edit the name of the documentation item if necessary.
- To choose whether the documentation item supports the following, select Yes or No in the following boxes:
- Eligibility Documentation Item
- Data Element Validation Item
- Employment Planning Documentation Item
- Supporting Documentation Item
- Follow-Up Documentation Item
- Identity Verification Item
- Click Save.
