DocuSign Documents
The DocuSign Documents tab of the Case Details page allows you to view the job seeker's signed DocuSign documents and track each document's status.
By default, the list is sorted by the Sent On date in descending order. Click the Status, Type, Staff, Sent On, or Updated On column to sort by that column.
Click a link in the Type column to view that page for the job seeker. You may also click a document's Envelope ID to view further details or View link to download a PDF copy of the document (if available).
After clicking on a document's Envelope ID, the document's details page displays.

If the document is in "Complete" or "Pending" status, you may click the Download button to download a PDF copy of the document.

If the document is in "Pending" status, you may also click the Void button to cancel the document's pending approval. This changes the status to "Voided" and deletes the PDF copy from the system. This action only voids the document; it does not void the related enrollment/employment/training plan.

If the document is in "Pending" status and has not yet been signed by the job seeker and and if email functionality is available for the user who needs to sign, you can resend the document link email(s) by clicking the Resend Email(s) button and then clicking Continue in the confirmation dialog. This may be necessary if 48 hours have passed since the original email was sent and the link has expired. Once an email is resent, you must wait two minutes before it can be resent again.

Documents in "Declined" or "Voided" status do not have a PDF copy to download.
