Enrollment Info

Displays the job seeker's enrollment beginning date and whether funding is stimulus, non-stimulus, or a combination. The Enrollment Info link also provides access to edit stimulus funding and job-matching status. The job seeker's job-matching status can be inactive for job matching although he/she has not exited.

Edit Stimulus Funding

The option to edit Stimulus Funding is controlled by AJL administrative settings and may or may not display.

  1. Click the appropriate funding category from the Funding Categories drop-down.
  2. Click the Edit Stimulus button to save and return to Enrollment Details. Click Return to return to Enrollment Details without making/saving changes.

Inactivate for Job Matching

Activating or inactivating the job seeker in job matching determines whether or not the job seeker's resume displays as a result of a resume search conducted by staff, when searching by enrollment. Depending on the circumstances for inactivating a job seeker in job matching, staff may also want to set the job seeker's resumes to inactive. If the job seeker is no longer looking for a job, then inactivate the job seeker in job matching and inactivate all resumes. If the job seeker is still looking for a job but has indicated that he/she does not want to be contacted by staff, then inactivate the job seeker in job matching and do not inactivate the resumes.

  1. To inactivate, enter a date in the Inactivation Date for Job Matching text box.
  2. Click the Inactivate for Job Matching Status to save and return to the Enrollment Details. Click Return to return to Enrollment Details without saving changes.

Reactivate for Job Matching

If the job seeker is currently inactive in job matching, the inactivation date displays.

  1. To reactivate, click the Reactivate for Job Matching button. The job seeker will be reactivated. To return to the Enrollment Details without reactivating job seeker, click Return.

Exempt Enrollment (RES/REA Only)

Job seekers called in for RES or REA services can be exempted from participation for specific reasons. AJL provides an option for documenting the exemption. If the job seeker is exempted, the exempt status is communicated to Unemployment Insurance so that the job seeker's benefits are not negatively affected.

  1. To exempt the job seeker, click the Yes radio button for "This job seeker is exempt from this enrollment."
  2. Type the reason in the text box. The reason must be consistent with the job seeker's status of able and willing to accept employment.
  3. Click the Save Exempt Status button to save the information and exempt the job seeker. Click Return to return to Enrollment Details without saving.
