Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement

  1. Prior to submitting the Create Staff-Assisted Job Seeker Account page, review the Privacy Policy with the job seeker to ensure they understand how and why their data is collected and stored.
    • The Privacy Policy is also available in the footer of every page in the Policies section. The text of the Privacy Policy varies by state.

    • By default, "I accept" is selected in the Data Privacy Notice and Equal Opportunity Notice sections. If the job seeker does not wish to accept these sections, you cannot proceed with registration.
    • The Authorization for Release of Information section allows the job seeker to select whether they are willing to share their data with partner agencies, and if so, with which ones. Encourage the job seeker to share their data to receive the most complete services.
    • Depending on your state, the job seeker may be required to enter their username and password as confirmation that they agree to the Terms of Agreement.
  3. Select Continue. The Registration Information page displays.
