Veteran Spouse Information

The Veteran Spouse Information page of the demographics flow records information about the job seeker's relationship as veteran spouse or caregiver. These questions determine whether the job seeker will be a covered person, who may receive priority of service benefits, similar to veterans. The following instructions apply to the Veteran Spouse Information page. Below is a screenshot of the page, as well as a table listing each field and description of the content required. At least one Veteran Spouse question will display to all job seekers: "Are you the spouse or other family caregiver of a wounded, ill, or injured active duty service member?" (previously known as the Wounded Warrior question).

    At the time of this registration, are you the spouse of an active duty service member who has been missing in action for more than 90 days?(Drop-down) Select Yes or No.
    Are you the spouse of a veteran who has a total, service-connected disability?(Drop-down) Select Yes or No.
    Are you the spouse of a veteran who died while diagnosed with a total, service-connected disability?(Drop-down) Select Yes or No.
    Are you the spouse of an active duty service member who is receiving Transition Assistance Program (TAP) services prior to retirement or discharge?(Drop-down) Select Yes or No. (Only displays if one of the previous two questions is answered No.)
