Consolidated Service & Training

The Consolidated Service & Training tab section of the Case Details page displays all services and trainings scheduled, in progress, or completed by the job seeker across enrollments. The section provides quick access to service and training details related to the job seeker. Content can only be viewed this tabs, rather than added. You will not see items related to enrollments for which you do not have the appropriate privileges. For more information about services, see Enrollment Details > Service & Training Plan.

If you have appropriate privileges for the enrollment, the content in the Service Name column will display as a link. Click the link to display the service details. Depending on your privileges, you may also be able to edit and save or delete a service on the Review Service & Training page. ClickReturn to Consolidated Service & Training to view the list of all services for all enrollments.
